When Getz Color Graphics needed to expand capacity we made the decision to install a new press with UV printing and coating technology. The decision was based on streamlining the existing product lines and targeting new markets, particularly plastic magnetic stripe cards. Since the installation. while meeting the original goals, an exciting line of additional products have been created, maximizing the UV technology. This product line gives our customers the opportunity for a “full sensory experience“.

Techniques such as strike-thru UV, textured or raised UV textured varnish, reticulated coating, scented and scratch-off are used to enhance marketing and corporate materials. Upgrades to packaging offer added benefits to the customer. Their products will be displayed with eye-catching enhancements. In addition to the sensory enhancements, lenticular 3D Holographic printing is another product being produced with the technology.
